Harold C. Zuckerman has been a member of EldridgeCooperSteichen&Leach
since its inception. Harold has a wide range of litigation
experience, with an emphasis in products liability. He has
actively participated in numerous jury trials in state and
federal courts in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Florida, and Pennsylvania
for manufacturers, and has defended products liability matters
throughout the region.
Harold has extensive experience in taking and defending
depositions of expert witnesses, as well as taking the depositions
of fact witnesses, law enforcement personnel and medical
witnesses in products liability cases.
Harold is admitted to practice before all state and federal
courts of the State of Oklahoma, as well as the Tenth Circuit
Court of Appeals.
