Fred Cornish joined EldridgeCooperSteichen&Leach as a member,
bringing his extensive experience as a commercial litigator
in federal and state court. He has focused on the litigation
and transactional needs of local business clients and also
has expertise in legal challenges facing higher education,
having represented The University of Tulsa since 1991. Fred’s
practice includes employment litigation, small business
and commercial transactions and probate. Fred has been Oklahoma
Commissioner to the National Conference on Uniform State
Laws and also served as Chairman of the Oklahoma Board of
Mental Health. He received a special appointment as Judge
of the Oklahoma Court of Appeals.
